Actress Swastima Khadka bought Mahindra&#8217;s new EV car &#8216;BE Six&#8217; worth Rs 6.8 million on Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chairman of Agni Group and Shark Tank Nepal&#8217;s Shark Cabinet Shrestha handed over the car to Swastima at Mahindra&#8217;s showroom in Naxal, Garidhara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSwastima and I have been collaborating for a long time. We are happy to have her as a customer of our new car,\u201d the cabinet said. A small celebration was held on the occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Swastima and Nischal Basnet celebrated by cutting a cake. This is Swastima\u2019s second EV car. Earlier, she had been driving a Mahindra \u2018XUV400\u2019 model car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Swastima said she likes electric vehicles because they are environmentally friendly and economical. \u201cNow electric vehicles are our future,\u201d Swastima said. \u201cEven in terms of driving, the cost of buying oil is the same as it used to be, but EV vehicles are more economical.
